Will PDF-Writer enable me to insert, extract, change or remove invisible binary to a PDF document?

I have not started the work on PDF yet. I prefer C++. I believe the Adobe open source library is C++ and using that library would probably be safer regarding compatibility. Will you be willing to give me a hand when the time comes to start on PDF?
